However, my experience was marred by a lack of attention at check-in and during my breakfast service, which was served in a rather unappealing way. I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The facilities, especially the bar and restaurant, are fantastic, creating a welcoming atmosphere where it's easy to unwind. The staff, particularly Nick and Sarah, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. However, I didn't get a chance to use the gym or pool during my short stay, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I found great value for my visit, and I would absolutely recommend it to others.

I had a really mixed experience at Maidstone Village. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a nice stay. However, the incident with the altercation during our stay really impacted our experience and our night was anything but restful. The breakfast quality also left something to be desired, which was disappointing compared to my previous experiences with Village hotels.
