comfortable bed large television walk-in shower ironing facilities
The room included a Dyson fan and a large wall-mounted television. The bed was comfortable and quite large. The bathroom featured a walk-in shower with two shower heads. I found a hairdryer and ironing facilities in the room along with tea and coffee supplies.
I noticed the lighting in the room was not very bright and could be improved for better visibility. The room had no air conditioning. I was provided with a fan.

The staff was generally friendly and helpful. Nadjia at reception was cute to us. Ashley, the team member, ensured we had everything needed and did an excellent job.

allergy concerns big screen delicious food
The restaurant staff were very accommodating regarding my allergy concerns. They made sure I knew all the allergens and met my son's needs, which I greatly appreciated. The Arsenal game on the big screen was a pleasant surprise, and the food was delicious and well-prepared.
The pool was closed because someone broke a glass in it, disappointing, and I missed the chance to relax there.

The staff was friendly and helpful, addressing all requests quickly. I appreciated the well-equipped gym that included treadmills and weights. The pool area was clean with plenty of loungers for relaxation. I also used the on-site Starbucks for a quick coffee. It was very convenient.

great equipment friendly lady comfy bed early closure complaints policy broken jacuzzi
The gym had GREAT equipment. I used it every day. A lovely polish lady welcomed me at reception. Her name was Aneta. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfy.
The bar closed early, DISAPPOINTING. I found out the hard way that village hotels don't have a complaints policy. The jacuzzi wasn't working, so i didn't bother with the pool area.

the room was clean and well appointed. i had a good night's sleep. the location worked well for my event. the facilities are great and i enjoyed the gym.
i found that ensuring the shampoo and gel in the bathroom are filled is a basic need, but it ran out and was delivered after 20 minutes
