Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a decent stay overall, but there were certainly some ups and downs. The rooms were clean, which was a major plus, and the bar served a great pint. However, I found the dining experience to be lacking with subpar service and food quality. Also, I felt that some additional attention could be given to the pool facilities.
The Village hotel offers a nice escape with its well-equipped gym and spa facilities, and the pub serves delicious food with generous portions. While I enjoyed the lovely amenities and friendly service, the dining experience fell short at times, and the check-in process could be improved to avoid confusion. It's a great place for a quieter stay in Blackpool, but be mindful of extra costs for leisure access.
I had a varied experience at this hotel. While the staff were really helpful and welcoming, the noise from a tribute night made for a very disruptive night. The pool facilities were a highlight, but I did find the dining overall to be inconsistent. The location is great for exploring nearby attractions, but certain amenities could use improvements for an overall better stay.
During my stay, I encountered a few bumps in the road, particularly with room readiness and maintenance. However, the cleanliness and overall atmosphere made for a decent experience. The dining options were satisfying, but could use more variety, especially at breakfast. The location right next to the Zoo adds to the charm, but the extra charges for amenities like swimming could be a downside for some guests.
I had quite a mixed experience during my stay. The hotel has clean and comfortable rooms, but the lack of air conditioning made it quite uncomfortable, especially at night. The pool area was nice, and I appreciated the variety available there. However, service at times felt rushed, especially during breakfast. Overall, it’s decent value, but improvements are definitely needed.
